Palmer Fest 2014

Palmer Fest this year was arguably the most calm it has been in years. Dubbed "Calmer Fest" by The Post, constant rainy conditions and unseasonably chilly temperatures kept many students from coming out to the notorious street fest. Despite the dreary weather a few students still came out to party during the last street fest of the year before the 12 Fest music concert held on April 12. Three law enforcement agencies made 33 arrests during Palmer fest, down from 55 arrests made last year. The wet streets cleared out around 5:30 p.m.
